I purchased a pair of glasses from a retailer and they broke. What should I do?

If you purchased your glasses from a physical store or another authorized retailer, we kindly ask you to contact the store where you made the purchase directly.

The retailer is your direct point of contact for after-sales assistance and has the necessary documentation to verify the purchase, assess any warranty claims, and, if necessary, manage the replacement or return of the product.

For this reason, we are unable to handle assistance requests directly for products purchased from third-party retailers.

We recommend always keeping your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and presenting it to the store together with the product and a description of the issue encountered.
