1. PURCHASE ORDERS
The products sold on the website www.okkia.it can be purchased and delivered exclusively in the countries indicated in the order form. Orders can only be carried out by private customers, intended as a consumer (this definition meaning any person acting on the website for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity); the products purchased are only intended for personal use and not for resale. Resale or distribution operations of products purchased on the website are therefore strictly prohibited. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies relating to photographs and graphic representations of the products displayed on the website. Offers on products and prices are valid depending on availability. At the time of filling out the order, all the instructions on the availability of the products are provided; in the event that a product becomes unavailable following the order, a notification will be promptly sent and it will therefore be possible to order another product on the website or to cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be carried out immediately. Before submitting an order, the Customer will receive an order summary message containing the details of the selected items, quantities and prices. It's necessary to carefully read this summary before confirming the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of the unavailability of stock or a lack of products. The Seller reserves the right to modify the products offered on this website at any time and without notice.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION - BINDING AGREEMENT
All the orders are subject to written acceptance by the Seller and will therefore be confirmed by the Seller via e-mail. The Seller's confirmation of the order and these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be considered as a final and finalised agreement between the Seller and the User regarding the points contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order may not be corrected or cancelled except in the cases provided for herein or in accordance with the applicable law. The data recorded by the website constitute proof of the entire transaction between the Seller and the Customer. In the event of a dispute between the Seller and a Customer about a transaction made on the website, the data recorded by the website shall be considered irrevocable proof of the transaction and its content.
3. SALES PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All the prices displayed on the website and in the order are given in euros and are inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time and without prior notice to the User, which will be applied to the prices displayed on the website at the time of the order confirmation. Even following the sending of the order confirmation e- mail by Più Forty, there may be cases of the partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, the Customer will be promptly informed and can decide whether to accept the delivery of only the products which are available or request the cancellation of the order by communicating this to the customer service via e-mail.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
The accepted payment methods are PayPal, Stripe and bank transfer. Payment for your purchases on www.okkia.it takes place in complete safety and total transparency. The PayPal payment system, a leader in the world of e-commerce, allows you to pay online without having to enter your credit card number every time. Your payment data are transmitted over a secure encrypted connection with the SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol directly to the payment platform. All transactions are controlled and managed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process will Più Forty be able to view and store the buyer's credit card information.
In the event of payment by credit card, the Customer must enter the credentials of the credit card which he intends to use when sending the order; for this purpose, only the credit cards indicated on the website can be used. Upon receipt of the order, the Stripe platform (https://stripe.com/it), also known as Okkia, automatically verifies the operation of the card and sends an e-mail indicating the outcome of the transaction; Okkia does not communicate the outcome of the transaction to the Customer. The consideration due by the Customer shall be collected by Okkia when the debit order is issued.
5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
The website www.okkia.it applies free shipping throughout Italy. When the order is shipped, and only after confirmation of the actual receipt of the payment, the user will receive confirmation by e-mail. The shipping times are indicated at the time of purchase. We remind you that at the time of purchase, the Customer stipulates a sales contract

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)
This right (pursuant to and for the purposes of the Legislative Decree of 6th September 2005, no. 206 "Consumer Code"), which can be exercised by the consumer, consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and the consequent refund of the purchase price. The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the products must not have been used or damaged and must be returned intact at the expense of the Customer, if the article was not to his liking; refunds will not be accepted and it will not be possible to proceed with the refund for the items if the products returned are opened, worn or if they are not contained in their original packaging; the items which are being returned must be sent in their original packaging using thick and resistant cardboard packaging (not an envelope). After receiving the return, the Seller will verify the returned items to ascertain their integrity and may, at its discretion, determine only whether the products to be returned are in their original condition. The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of a loss, an error with the address or the late delivery of the returned items. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the Seller, if the processed product does not comply with the order placed.
If a refund is requested, this will be managed according to the company's timing. A refund will not be carried out for items which are found to be damaged or broken. The refund will be made by reversing the debit transaction (if the payment was made through PayPal) or by bank transfer (if the payment was made by Bank Transfer). In the latter case, it will be the consumer's responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code and name of the account holder).
Products returned in their original packaging may be replaced with products of a similar or higher value, within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of the returned goods. Products which are worn or damaged cannot be replaced. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the consumer.
