Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date you receive the email. Please make sure that your code has not expired.

Please also note that discount codes generated on www.okkia.it are valid only for purchases made on this website and cannot be used on the UK, US or Arabia websites.

If your code is still valid, make sure to copy and paste it exactly as received, without adding any spaces before or after the code.
